Inland deliveries will be normally sent by the following methods:-
Royal Mail First Class, Recorded or Special Delivery.
NEP next day service.
The choice of service will depend upon the size and value of the consignment, and is wholly at the discretion of. fixingsandfastenings.co.uk. fixingsandfastenings.co.uk reserves the right to use alternative couriers should the needs arise.
Where an overnight service is specifically requested or required by a customer, an additional charge may apply. Please enquire separately.

A signature is required for all shipments and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure acceptance of the delivery. However, should a customer give authority for the designated courier to deliver a shipment without a signed release and the goods subsequently become lost or damaged (in whole or in part), fixingsandfastenings.co.uk cannot be held accountable.

A signature is required on receipt of goods, if this is to a site, office, warehouse, or goods in department the goods will be deemed delivered even if not signed for by the addressee.

Zone 2:- Includes Scottish Lowlands (excluding postcodes shown in Zone 3) Orders under £50.00 are subject to a £7.95 Carriage Charge.

Zone 5:- Includes - Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Carriage Paid Order is £150.00 Orders under £150.00 subject to a £30.00 Carriage Charge

Standard Lead Times:-
Your order is processed on receipt and will normally be shipped within 2 working days. If the item you require is out of stock and has to ordered from our suppliers, delivery will take approximately 7-10 working days. fixingsandfastenings.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery from suppliers beyond our control.

If any item you order is out of stock and cannot be shipped within 7 - 10 days, you will be notified via E-mail, giving you the chance to cancel your order, or await delivery as advised. We reserve the right to part deliver orders and send the balance when available at no extra charge.
