I CANT FIND THE PRODUCT I’M LOOKING FOR
Have you tried typing the product in the search box Some items have different names so try other terms it may be known as. If the product you’re looking for still isn’t recognised, please contact us and will try our best to locate it for you.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY ONCE I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER
When you place an order we aim to deliver it within 2 working days. However non-stock items may have to be ordered in and so please allow up to 7 -10 days. We endeavour to keep a wide range of products in stock to ensure a fast and efficient delivery.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT THERE ARE ITEMS MISSING
Have the missing items been placed on backorder Should any items be placed on backorder you will receive an email stating an expected delivery date for the missing goods. In the unlikely event it has been a picking error please contact us and we will dispatch the missing item as soon as possible at no extra charge.
IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY WHAT DO I DO
All our products are covered by the manufacturers guarantee, and in the event a product delivered is faulty then please refer to out Terms and Conditions for details on how to return the item back to us. Please make sure faulty goods are reported within 3 days of receipt and returned to us within 7 days.
Please note we do not offer refunds on products subjected to general wear and tear.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.00 orders below this value are subject to a £4.95 delivery charge. Deliveries may incur additional charges depending on location please contact us for details.
WHY IS THE VAT ADDED AT THE END
All our products are priced excluding VAT for your convenience and is added at the checkout stage at a rate of 20% .
I'M IN THE CHANNEL ISLANDS, EUROPE WHY AM I BEING CHARGED UK VAT
