Polycell Border adhesive is specially formulated to stick decorative borders to most surfaces including vinyl wallpaper, gloss and emulsion paint. Guaranteed adhesion to vinyls.

COVERAGE:-  Up to 5cm width of border approx. coverage 10 rolls. 12.5 to 25cm width border can hang up to 2 rolls.
