These are a hex head Self tapping screw commonly called a Tek or Tech Screw supplied with a 16mm neoprene washer they can also be supplied with a 19mm washer or without a washer at all if required. The head of the screw also has a flange therefore providing a sure clamp action with the ability to self drill into steel up to 3mm thick. The super hard, sharp tip ensure fast drill times, and is commonly used for fixing composite panels.
